About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Growth Manager to lead our business development and marketing efforts, with a focus on partnerships, integrations, and user acquisition that drive Total Value Locked (TVL). This role combines strategy development and hands-on execution, with a focus on initiatives that increase liquidity or the number of users onboarded to the protocol.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about DeFi, well-connected, organised, and autonomous, with a strong ability to drive meaningful growth. This role will report weekly on performance, targets, and CRM activity and work closely with the product, marketing, and executive teams to execute growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase TVL by onboarding liquidity providers, attracting new users, and driving demand for borrowing.
• Identify and build strategic partnerships with DeFi protocols, wallets, exchanges, liquidity providers, and explore launching Minterest on new chains.
• Oversee the execution of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business development goals.
• Manage co-marketing campaigns and collaborative efforts with partners to boost Minterest's visibility and user engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the product team for any growth initiatives requiring platform integrations or user-facing updates.
• Track, report, and analyze growth metrics and provide weekly updates to the executive team, using a CRM to ensure transparency and goal alignment.
• Represent Minterest at feasible industry events, conferences, and through online engagements to drive new business opportunities (ensuring expectations around travel are realistic and cost-effective).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, marketing, or growth roles within Web3, DeFi, or blockchain.
• Strong network and connections within the DeFi ecosystem.
• Experience driving TVL growth and onboarding liquidity through partnerships, integrations, and marketing initiatives.
• Deep understanding of decentralised finance, lending protocols, and tokenomics.
• Ability to strategise and execute while managing multiple initiatives with autonomy.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing complex partner relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and familiarity with CRM tools to track progress and reporting.
• Analytical skills to assess KPIs and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Passion for DeFi and building equitable financial systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Remote work experience; European timezone preferred but not required.
