Prime Prometics is the fastest-growing pro-age cosmetics brand in the world, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing & Growth Manager to own the performance and growth of assigned products at Prime Prometics. This is a product performance ownership role. You will be directly responsible for the growth and commercial success of assigned products – from positioning and funnels to scaling and ongoing optimization.


Your core mission is to turn products into scalable revenue drivers. You’ll own product positioning and marketing angles, lead acquisition funnel development, and drive product scaling across paid platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, web, CRO, copy, and performance marketing teams to build, launch, optimize, and scale products successfully.


This role is for someone who deeply understands performance marketing mechanics, acquisition funnels, CRO, offers, and merchandising – and can connect strategy to execution.


What You’ll Do


  • Lead acquisition funnel development for assigned products – owning the strategy and execution of PDPs for new launches, as well as pre-landers such as advertorials, listicles, comparison pages, quizzes, and other performance-driven funnel assets.
  • Coordinate product launch projects for newly assigned products – leading GTM strategy, from funnel strategy and positioning to cross-team timelines and launch readiness.
  • Own product marketing angles and positioning – defining how products are framed, differentiated, and communicated across ads, funnels, and on-site experiences, and continuously evolving messaging based on performance insights.
  • Work cross-functionally to achieve product performance targets – partnering closely with creative, web, copy, performance, and marketing managers to brief, align, and drive initiatives that move product-level KPIs.
  • Drive product scaling across paid platforms – shaping and adapting product growth strategies across channels such as Meta, YouTube, Axon, and emerging platforms, in close collaboration with media buying teams.


What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years of experience in performance-driven marketing roles, with a strong understanding of paid acquisition ecosystems and how products are scaled through funnels.
  • Solid performance marketing foundation, including understanding of media buying mechanics, creative strategy, and how ads, funnels, and offers work together to drive results.
  • Deep expertise in acquisition funnel development – you have hands-on experience designing, building, and optimizing funnels such as PDPs, advertorials, listicles, comparison pages, quizzes, or similar conversion-focused assets.
  • Strong understanding of buying psychology and CRO tactics, with the ability to identify friction points, design better user journeys, and improve conversion through structured testing and optimization.
  • Background in roles with end-to-end ownership, such as performance/growth marketing, marketing project management, product ownership, or similar – where you were responsible for driving projects across teams and being accountable for outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution, working closely with creative, web, copy, and marketing teams, aligning stakeholders, and pushing initiatives from idea to launch.
  • Strategic but highly execution-oriented mindset – comfortable designing growth strategies while also being closely involved in how funnels, messaging, and assets are actually built.
