Senior Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle L2-level network incidents and escalations from L1 support
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN issues
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability & reliability
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
• Support network changes, upgrades, and migrations
• Work with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs
• Ensure compliance with security and change management policies
