IT Project Manager ( Bilingual Arabic/ English) only local canfidate 5 to 8 years experience

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will be PMP-certified, bilingual in Arabic and English, and have 5–8 years of hands-on experience managing complex IT projects. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project management activities from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions
• Manage project communication and reporting to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status reviews in Arabic and English
• Ensure quality assurance and successful project handover to operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – Mandatory
• 5–8 years of experience managing IT projects
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Proven experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams
