We are currently recruiting for an interesting hybrid working Project Manager role for a major Swedish Insurance Client based in Stockholm, Sweden:

Duration: 4-6 months + extensions

Location: Stockholm (25% remote per week)

Pay Rate: Negotiable

English & Swedish Speaking

Job Role:

Your main tasks are to:

• Lead the project where you are responsible for creating the conditions for the initiative as a whole to move forward and ensure good opportunities for impact realization after delivery.
• Coordinate between teams and other initiatives, as well as other activities and stakeholders.
• Create, maintain and follow up on both detailed and overall project plans, milestones, business cases and manage reporting from them to relevant forums.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all parties involved, both in smaller and larger forums.
• Be responsible for maintaining and improving the initiative's structures and working methods to optimize the efficiency of the project.
• Act as the Epic Owner of the initiative's epics and collaborate with the Product Manager and Business Owner.
• Identify project risks and obstacles, and plan for and request the need for resources outside of IT to ensure progress.
• Lead or conduct analyses and investigations

Experience:

• Experience in running IT-related projects in a complex IT environment.
• Experience from the insurance industry
• Several years of experience working in leading roles and running projects/programs.
• Experience and interest in working as an agile project manager.
• You can apply different methods and ways of working for business and process development
• Experience of working with change and change management
• Used to presenting and being a rapporteur in decided forums at different levels in the organization
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Used to quickly familiarizing themselves with complex issues, analyzing them from several perspectives and working with solutions from a holistic view.
• You plan and prioritize your work effectively, while at the same time being able to adapt easily to changing circumstances.
• In addition, you are an unpretentious and confident person who works well with other people, and is clear in your communication.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of project management
• Knowledge in SAFe and agile work methodology
• Basic IT skills
