Full Stack Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to develop, scale, and maintain mission-critical software powering defense logistics and supply-chain operations. You will join the core platform engineering team and contribute directly to systems that support high-impact, high-value workflows across complex legacy environments.

This role partners closely with engineering leadership, founders, and forward-deployed deployment teams to design and deliver robust, production-grade solutions. Your work will form the backbone of defense and supply-chain infrastructure for decades to come.

From integrating with legacy government interfaces to architecting dynamic operational workflows, no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack application functionality, including:
• Frontend user interfaces
• Backend services and APIs
• Database schemas and data models
• Contribute to core platform development across frontend, backend, and database layers
• Build scalable, secure, and reliable system architecture
• Implement integrations with external enterprise and government systems, including legacy platforms
• Translate customer and deployment requirements into production-ready features
• Collaborate with deployment strategists and customer-facing teams to deliver high-impact solutions
• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• Support onboarding and mentorship of new engineering team members
• Own delivery timelines for critical platform features and integrations
• Participate in on-site implementations when required, supporting real-time deployments
  

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping production software products and projects
• Proficiency in:
• TypeScript
• JavaScript
• At least one modern frontend framework (React, Svelte, Next.js, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including:
• Testing
• Version control
• Code reviews
• CI/CD principles
• Experience building and maintaining full-stack systems end-to-end
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
• Strong problem-solving and system-design capabilities
