Project Manager - Contract - Ireland

This is your opportunity to work for a high quality electrical contracting services, specialising in many sectors including Food & Beverage Manufacturing Plants, Data Centres, Life sciences and Airports. Our client are now seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role will be based in Dublin but with up to 3 days a week travelling to Europe.

This is your opportunity to work for a high quality electrical contracting services, specialising in many sectors including Food & Beverage Manufacturing Plants, Data Centres, Life sciences and Airports. Our client are now seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role will be based in Dublin but with up to 3 days a week travelling to Europe.
Responsibilities Include
- Project preparation: Set-up meetings, Site attendance, Client communication.
- Inclusion on technical discussions & submittals.
- Coordinating with Customers/Clients and design teams.
- Managing daily operations of the projects from start to finish, including managing & communicating with subcontractors and vendors about any issues that may arise during the course of the project.
- Ensuring site records for all labour, plant, materials, staff are maintained.
- Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project.
- Progress report to be maintained weekly; report on and manage any changes/variations.
- Identify and track project risks.
- Completing and reviewing all project paperwork.
- Strict adherence to the highest standards of Quality, Health & Safety.
- Electrical / Construction Industry Background & Vast Experience.
- Experience Managing teams of trades staff.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Accurate, attention to detail and a methodical nature.
- Excellent knowledge of the Construction Industry, Electrical installs, policies and regulations.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Experience in Data Centres.
