DevOps Engineer

Our client in Brussels is looking for a DevOps engineer to join them in the evolution and maintenance of an application. This role will be a long-term freelance/contract.

As a DevOps engineer, you participate, within a specific squad, in the development, evolution, and maintenance of an application portfolio.

Required experience / nice to have :

• You have good and practical experience in the daily management of Windows and Unix systems. You are familiar with virtualization, certificates, and load-balanced environments
• You have experience in middleware such as JBoss, Apache and IIS
• You have a good knowledge of scripting languages, such as ksh, bash, MSPowershell...
• Experience with sending and handling large amounts of data as files is a plus
• Experience in Java is a plus
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus

Language:

• Speak Fluent Dutch / French
• Understand French / Dutch
• English required

• Hybrid / Remote
