Full Stack Developer - JAVA (f/m/d)

For our European Headquarters in Offenbach (Frankfurt am Main) we are looking for a:

Full Stack Developer (f/m/d)

The Full Stack Developer (f/m/d) position belongs to Web/Cloud Digital Transformation Section and the main responsibilities of the role are related to supporting project operations, maintaining the Vaatz system (an internal purchasing platform), and overseeing deployments. This role focuses on enhancing system performance, ensuring seamless integration, and improving operational efficiency, requiring strong technical skills and collaborative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing internal requirements to configure and maintain the Vaatz system.
• Managing change requests, ensuring timely and accurate updates to the Vaatz platform.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Overseeing application deployment activities and ensuring smooth operation throughout development and production cycles.
• Communicating effectively with customers and development teams to meet operational goals.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor of Information Technology Degree or comparable qualification
• 5 - 10 years in full stack development with a focus on system performance and operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL.
• Proficient in Java and JavaScript.
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Very good English skills + another European language would be consider as a plus (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Czech).
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience working with purchasing or procurement systems.
• Experience in managing change requests and providing production support.
• Familiarity with other backend and frontend technologies such as React or Node.js.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Previous experience in managing or deploying internal systems in a corporate environment.
