Functional Analyst Energy Sector - Growth path to Architect

Your Role

• Analyse business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Align closely with technical teams to ensure correct implementation.
• Support the development and optimisation of central market platforms.
• Monitor daily market processes and support operational tools.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document key decisions.
• Safeguard consistency and quality within the functional architecture.

Who Are You?

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• You have 1 to 4 years of experience as an analyst in the energy sector.
• Strong skills in process analysis, requirements engineering, and data modelling.
• Basic understanding of integration and data exchange concepts is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable operating between business and IT.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain oversight in complex environments.
