Network Operations Support Engineer (NOC)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Network Operations Support Engineer (NOC) to join a global infrastructure team supporting enterprise network and telecom environments.

This is an operational role focused on incident coordination, service restoration, and ensuring stability of critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support global network/telecom incidents
• Lead incident calls and ensure proper engagement of technical teams
• Monitor infrastructure and react to service-impacting alerts
• Manage vendor tickets and follow up on issue resolution
• Support recovery activities in line with SLAs and incident processes
• Contribute to reducing recurring outages and improving operational procedures
• Work in a shift-based model within a global “follow-the-sun” structure

Requirements:

• Understanding of network fundamentals (routing, switching, network protocols)
• Experience in NOC / Network Operations / Infrastructure Support
• Familiarity with telecom or enterprise-scale network environments
• Knowledge of ITIL-based incident management practices
• Communicative English (B2 level)
• Willingness to work in a shift-based model (including occasional weekends)
