Scrum Master

We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will be a strong servant leader who drives team performance, fosters collaboration, and ensures continuous improvement across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more cross-functional teams.
• Champion Scrum and SAFe frameworks, ensuring Agile principles and agreed processes are consistently applied.
• Facilitate all Sprint ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives), ensuring they are structured, outcome-focused, and delivered within agreed timeboxes.
• Partner closely with the Product Owner to support effective backlog management, prioritisation, and alignment to Sprint and PI objectives.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments, safeguarding team focus and productivity to maximise delivery outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement by strengthening team performance, collaboration, and overall Agile maturity.
• Promote effective cross-team communication and alignment, representing the team and providing clear, concise delivery updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyse Agile delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, cycle time, PI progress), using data to inform decision-making and performance optimisation.
