Project description Helping us to ensure that the team accurately scopes work needed from stakeholders and manages stakeholder expectations. Helping to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders to ensure success. Supporting team with documentation of tasks and PIA’s to ensure timely delivery. Role responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the team's Jira backlog, ensuring tickets are well-scoped and clearly described
• Create and maintain documentation in Confluence, keeping team knowledge organized and accessible
• Document detailed business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable user stories
• Coordinate incoming requests and ensure smooth workflow management across the team
• Support light project management activities, including facilitating meetings and tracking deliverables
• Help navigate privacy compliance and ensure the team maintains proper data handling practices
• Contribute to the team's maturation by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices Must-have requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a comparable role (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Master)
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Agile methodologies; Scrum Master experience is a plus
• Understanding of data privacy principles and a privacy-conscious mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineers and data analysts
• Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Previous experience in the educational industry or data/analytics environment is a significant advantage
• Willingness to travel once per quarter Nice-to-have requirements
