Opportunity

DLT Finance is seeking a reliable Product Intern who is eager to learn. This Position will take a hands-on approach to different Product matters within DLT Finance. This multifaceted role involves the management of different product tools and workflows, support in operational tasks, ensuring ongoing process stability and a variety of different tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Incident and Bug Orchestration: Manage and coordinate the incident and bug resolution process to ensure timely and effective responses.
• Operational Support: Assist with operational tasks as requested by business stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Product Tool Management: Oversee and manage product tools and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Knowledge Base Creation: Develop and organize a comprehensive product knowledge base to support internal teams and stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Currently pursuing a degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong preference for structured and process-driven work.
• Excellent communication and alignment skills to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Keen interest in the Fintech industry and a desire to learn more about crypto and blockchain technologies.
  
  

Good to Have

• Previous experience in Product Management.
• Familiarity with Atlassian or other product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
