About the Role
We're looking for a sharp Project Coordinator to help our client on a big project. You'll be working on a significant transaction to find and agree on terms with an investment partner for a new healthcare building.
What you'll do:
- Set up the project's governance framework
- Coordinate different teams to put together a business case for board approval
- Chair regular project meetings and support monthly board meetings
- Help review and update transaction documents with internal and external teams
- General admin tasks like scheduling meetings and tracking progress
About You
- Experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in healthcare or construction is a bonus

Governance Establishment: Develop and implement foundational project governance documents, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
Workstream Coordination: Coordinate multiple internal workstreams to develop and finalize the business case for board approval, including preliminary and final submissions.
Meeting Facilitation: Chair fortnightly project management PCGs and support the coordination of monthly board-level investment committee control group meetings.
Document Management: Assist in the review and iteration of various transaction documents, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and tracking progress.
