NRG are looking to engage experienced Network & Infrastructure professionals with strong 3rd line capability. This role sits at the heart of the IT environment and will play a key role in strengthening network integrity, identity management, and overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd line support across network, infrastructure and cloud platforms
• Design, maintain and secure LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs and wireless networks
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Entra ID
• Monitor performance, backups and system health
• Lead patching, vulnerability remediation and security improvements
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Contribute to documentation, governance and security policy development
• Mentor junior IT team members and support knowledge transfer

Experience Required:

• Extensive experience in a network or infrastructure role
• Strong experience with Cisco or Meraki networking
• Solid understanding of AD, Azure identity services and hybrid environments
• Exposure to VMware and backup solutions (e.g. Veeam)
• Security-focused mindset (MDR / EDR exposure advantageous)
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
