Business Analyst Accounting and Regulatory Reporting

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to increasing the overall performance of the Accounting and Regulatory Reporting department by automating various processes
• Improve existing processes, those subject to automation and align them with best practices
• Write the business specification for the Regulatory Reporting
• Discuss with other colleagues from accounting and regulatory reporting to identify the specifications of each report
• Participate in meetings of the projects, present the results of analysis and propose the best solutions
• Work closely with Accounting Project Coordinator in other tasks like reconciliations, data testing, etc

Profile:

• Graduate of higher education in economics, preferably Finance / Accounting
• Experience of 3 years in a similar position in the field of banking reporting and accounting reporting
• Experience in working with IFRS
• English - advanced level
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create, challenge and improve related analyses and techniques
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn new things and a drive for continuous improvement
