Senior Project Manager (Insurance)

We are looking for an experienced ‘’Senior Project Manager’’ to lead the full project lifecycle for a leading global insurance company. The job is primarily hybrid. We expect the candidates to be in Istanbul.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in insurance (especially non-life/elementary) and/or consulting projects; prior involvement in banking/insurance projects is a strong plus
• 6+ years of project management experience (preferably in IT project management), with a proven track record of delivering web and mobile application projects.
• Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, ITIL, COBIT, or Agile/Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Advanced English (both written and spoken); ability to work effectively in global projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and additional PPM/BPMN/flowcharting tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io).
• Ability to prepare and deliver structured weekly/bi-weekly reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and PMBOK knowledge areas (integration, scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communication, risk, procurement).
