About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Unity Developer to join our full-time team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing world-class mobile games that captivate users and showcase the potential of Bitcoin integration in gaming. You will take ownership of implementing game functionalities, translating creative concepts into engaging gameplay, and ensuring high-quality production standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative hypercasual and casual game portfolios, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and business development. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of our gaming projects, helping us achieve our vision of gamifying the world with Bitcoin.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Unity development and professional game development
• Experience in publishing a mobile game from inception to release
• Ability to independently manage projects with strong time management skills
• Understanding of gameplay programming principles
• Proficiency in C# programming language
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within diverse teams
• Fluent in written and spoken English
  
  

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm, plan, and execute new game concepts from ideation through to launch
• Drive the development process by contributing ideas, improvements, and maintaining high code quality throughout production
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to develop products that meet user needs
• Implement new game features and services in close partnership with the product and backend teams
• Focus on developing THNDR’s casual and hypercasual game portfolio, ensuring top industry standards in gameplay, graphics, and animations
• Create, debug, maintain, and optimize game engines, editors, and related development tools
