Experis is currently looking for an IT Project Manager for one of our clients in Luxembourg in the Banking area.

IT Project Manager (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end IT projects within defined objectives
• Define and refine the project scope, and develop a comprehensive project plan covering scope, timeline, and budget
• Identify project requirements, including resource allocation, team composition, and cross-departmental involvement
• Lead and coordinate team efforts by assigning tasks, guiding key contributors, and fostering team motivation
• Ensure successful project delivery within agreed scope, timeframe, and budget constraints
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project-related risks
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines while preventing budget overruns
• Implement and manage necessary changes to achieve project objectives and maintain quality standards
• Monitor, document, and evaluate project progress throughout all stages until final delivery
• Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with internal standards, including Request, Feasibility, and Execution phases
• Monitor project scope, budget, and timeline continuously to ensure alignment with defined objectives
• Communicate project status updates clearly and consistently to all stakeholders

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• You have proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally within the information technology and/or financial services sector
• You have mandatory experience in Regulatory Reporting within the banking sector
• You have strong client-facing and internal communication skills
• You have strong organizational skills, with particular attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• You have solid expertise in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and JIRA
• You have an analytical mindset and strong critical thinking skills
• You are fluent in English (mandatory), and ideally with a good level in German and/or French
