Project Coordinator

We are partnering with a large, complex organisation seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a multi-stream portfolio over the next 12 months.

This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys bringing order to moving parts, and can keep delivery teams organised, aligned and on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple workstreams
• Prepare and review project documentation including initiation documents, status updates and reporting packs
• Support governance processes, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials and capturing outcomes
• Maintain project schedules and resource tracking using Microsoft Project
• Monitor timesheets and support accurate effort allocation
• Assist with financial tracking including budgets, forecasts and variance reporting
• Maintain risk, issue and change registers to ensure visibility and timely follow-up
• Liaise with stakeholders across business and technical teams to support smooth delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination processes and reporting consistency

Ideally you will have the following

• Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or similar support role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working within structured delivery frameworks (PRINCE2, Agile, MSP or similar)
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite
• Comfortable working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
• Experience supporting ICT-enabled initiatives highly regarded

This role will be offered as an initial 12 month contract + view to extend.
