Your key responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development of cutting-edge mobile and web applications, translating complex requirements into user-centric solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, drive front-end design with UI/UX experts, and spearhead our mobile initiatives. Your innovative approach will guide our off- and nearshore teams towards excellence.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience (5+ years) working with iOS development (Swift, Objective-C)

• Experience from OR knowledge of how to work in a heavily regulated environment with stringent compliance requirements, such as GxP quality guidelines and regulations applied in the pharmaceutical industry

• Extensive knowledge of iOS frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, Core Animation)

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services

• Ability to use Xcode, Instruments, and other iOS development tools

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools for mobile development

• Experience with version control systems (Git)

• Understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER)

• Fluency in English (both verbal and written

• Very high working ethics

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Mathematics, (Software) Engineering or other related field with strong IT focus. Master's or further certification are advantageous.

• Minimum of 4 year of working experience in implementing custom applications on mobile operating systems preferably 1 year in healthcare context.

• Deep understanding of development in iOS and using e.g. Swift, SwiftUI.

• Proven experience in contributing to international development teams and working with different stakeholder groups, e.g. project managers, Scrum masters, product owners, business analysts, developers, and infrastructure and security architects.

• Good understanding of programming patterns (e.g. MVC, MVVM), tools, and frameworks for development (e.g. Declarative UI, Angular, Xamarin, React).

• Understanding of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements and implementation in mobile applications

• Knowledge of data protection and privacy by design principles

• Experience with secure data storage, encryption, and keychain management on iOS

• Understanding of user consent management and privacy policy implementation

• Knowledge of data anonymization and pseudonymization techniques

• Experience with secure data transmission (TLS/SSL)

• Understanding of data retention policies and secure data deletion

• Knowledge of privacy impact assessments (PIA) and data protection impact assessments (DPIA)

• Understanding of cross-border data transfer regulations

• Experience with implementing privacy controls and user data access rights (right to access, right to deletion, etc.)

• Knowledge of Apple's App Privacy requirements and App Tracking Transparency framework
