Frontend Developer

SaaS Frontend Engineer - 2/3 days onsite - $130k–$160k + Super

We’re partnering with a globally recognised Melbourne-based deep-tech business building high-precision hardware and software products used by engineers and researchers worldwide.

They’re scaling their SaaS platform and are looking for a strong Frontend Engineer to take ownership of the experience as they build towards 100k+ users.

The Role:

You’ll be the dedicated frontend specialist within a high-calibre team (AI/Data Science, UX, Backend), shaping the architecture and scalability of their platform.

What you’ll do:

• Architect and scale a modern VueJS frontend
• Influence performance, structure and long-term frontend direction
• Collaborate closely with UX and backend teams
• Help future-proof the stack as the platform matures

What they’re looking for:

• Strong front end experience - currently VueJS but open to long term guidance
• Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms
• Architectural mindset with hands-on capability
• Comfortable being the frontend lead within a small team
