Position: UX/UI Designer

Location: Namur | Belgium (Hybrid)


Key Responsibilities

  • UX Design & Research: Conduct interviews, workshops, and usability tests. Model user needs and design information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • UI Design: Create modern, consistent graphical interfaces. Design and maintain high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
  • Design System Management: Develop and apply a design system aligned with PrimeNG, ensuring UI consistency across the entire application landscape.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with Front-end developers (Angular), analysts, and PMs. Verify the correct implementation of mockups and ensure compliance with ergonomic standards.


Required Profile & Skills

  • UX/UI Mastery (Level T2): Solid experience in user research, wireframing, and creating web interfaces with a focus on ergonomics.
  • Figma Expert: Confirmed ability in prototyping, managing components, and design systems.
  • Technical Foundation: Confirmed knowledge of HTML/CSS and PrimeNG. Junior-level (T1) familiarity with Angular is essential to ensure design feasibility.
  • Accessibility: Confirmed knowledge of WCAG 2.1 standards.
  • Languages: Proficiency in French (C2) is mandatory for stakeholder communication and user research.
