We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to enhance visibility into company performance and support data‑driven decision‑making. You will turn complex data into clear insights, forecasts, and recommendations that guide both operational and strategic actions. Working with internal and external data, you will identify trends, risks, and opportunities, while also contributing to improved reporting, performance monitoring, and process efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver analytics and reporting to support operational and financial performance.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support monthly KPI reporting and business performance follow‑up.
• Proactively recommend improvements based on data findings.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Managing forecasts e.g. for order intake, revenue, and gross margin within defined scope
• Supporting S&OP process development and data management

Requirements

• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly.
• Independent contributor who gets things done.
• Fluent in English.
• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced in Excel. Knowledge of SQL and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik Sense)
