About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of intuitive, high-quality interfaces for both B2B SaaS platforms and desktop applications. Your expertise will help translate complex functionalities into user-friendly designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure that design solutions meet business objectives and user needs. Your role will also involve conducting user research, usability testing, and maintaining consistent design standards across products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the visual and interactive aspects of innovative AI products, contributing directly to the company's growth and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on B2B SaaS products and desktop applications
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in web-based and desktop software design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for B2B SaaS products and desktop applications, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and improve design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, constraints, and project goals
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure consistency
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve product usability and aesthetics
• Assist in the documentation of design specifications and user flows for development teams
