The Role - What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating national rollout schedules for ICT hardware installations across hundreds of sites.
- Managing a high-volume shared inbox, actioning requests, and routing communications to the right teams.
- Maintaining deployment calendars, booking technicians, and supporting field delivery teams on the ground.
- Reviewing scopes of work and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and deployment readiness.
- Liaising with electricians, internal subject matter experts (including remote teams), and clients-including international stakeholders.
- Managing project administration, including quotes, purchase orders, delivery trackers, and shared databases.
- Navigating fast-changing client requests with precision, ensuring no detail slips through the cracks.
About You - What We're Looking For
Essential Experience & Attributes:
- 2-5 years' experience in coordination-heavy roles such as project support, service coordination, executive administration, or similar.
- Highly organised with exceptional multitasking skills and the proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable, proactive go-getter who takes initiative, learns quickly, and consistently delivers results.
- Strong proficiency in Outlook and Excel-confident managing a central inbox and maintaining accurate, up-to-date trackers.
- Experience managing calendars, coordinating deployments, or scheduling technicians is highly regarded.
- An organised, structured thinker who naturally builds systems and processes where none exist.
- A friendly, professional, and highly collaborative communicator-comfortable calling technicians, following up with suppliers, and liaising with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Calm under pressure-someone who stays grounded and solutions-focused when project plans shift.
- A fast learner who embraces change and adapts quickly to new challenges.
- Basic knowledge of hardware terminology (e.g., servers, RAM, EFTPOS) is a plus-but full training will be provided.
