We're seeking Human Resources Manager for our client in the sector of Chemical Manufacturing sector, located in Üsküdar. The ideal candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective HR management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through employee development and engagement
• Oversee performance management systems and processes
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination processes
• Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, productivity) and implement continuous improvement actions
• Support organizational change management and transformation projects
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
