Construction Manager for Data Centre Build
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale datacentre project in Frankfurt.
This is a site-based leadership role overseeing the project from early works through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle construction management (pre-construction to handover)
- Management of general contractors and CSA/MEP subcontractors
- Programme, budget and risk control
- Health & Safety and quality oversight in line with German regulations
- Primary liaison with local councils and regulatory authorities
- Main on-site point of contact for all construction-related matters
- Coordination between contractors, consultants, and internal technical teams
Your profile
- Strong experience delivering data centre or other mission-critical construction projects
- Proven end-to-end project leadership capability
- Solid understanding of German building regulations and permitting
- Fluent German and English
- Willing to relocate to Frankfurt and work full-time on site
