Location: Doha, Qatar - Onsite

Job Type: 1 Year contract

Senior Project Lead Key Qualifications

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project/program management
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Demonstrated expertise in core PM processes including detail planning, progress reporting, risk and issue management, and change control
• Proven experience managing vendors and third-party suppliers to deliver project scope
• Ability to perform business analysis tasks such as requirements gathering and documentation, and support change management activities including impact assessments and stakeholder readiness

Preferred:

• Experience in oil & gas and/or digital transformation projects
• Proficiency in ServiceNow PPM module for project tracking and reporting
• Exposure to delivering projects across multiple solution types including infrastructure, applications, and data initiatives
