Location: Doha, Qatar - Onsite
Job Type: 1 Year contract
Senior Project Lead Key Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project/program management
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies
- PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrated expertise in core PM processes including detail planning, progress reporting, risk and issue management, and change control
- Proven experience managing vendors and third-party suppliers to deliver project scope
- Ability to perform business analysis tasks such as requirements gathering and documentation, and support change management activities including impact assessments and stakeholder readiness
Preferred:
- Experience in oil & gas and/or digital transformation projects
- Proficiency in ServiceNow PPM module for project tracking and reporting
- Exposure to delivering projects across multiple solution types including infrastructure, applications, and data initiatives
