What You'll Be Doing?

• Design and coordinate competency-based interviews and Assessment Center processes
• Contribute to the design and implementation of internal talent evaluation and career development processes
• Build and manage talent pools, develop new talent management initiatives, and contribute to innovation projects
• Identify critical roles and support the development of succession plans; define internal talent pools and prepare development plans for high-potential talents
• Collaborate with other HR functions to manage promotion, rotation, and internal assignment evaluation processes
• Identify learning and development needs and contribute to the design and implementation of feedback culture, leadership development, and employee development programs
• Design and implement long-term development programs aligned with organizational needs
• Develop business unit–specific academies and learning journeys tailored to organizational needs
• Design development programs and leadership development journeys for high-potential employees
• Manage the planning, follow-up, and reporting of coaching and mentoring programs and coordinate coach selection processes
• Leverage HR data and analytics to generate insights and support decision-making processes

Who We're Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in Human Resources, and/or Business Administration,
• Career Management, Talent Management and similar fields of experience at least 5 years,
• In their current or past experiences; Experience in training, coaching and development programs or project management experience in these areas,
• Closely following global HR & talent trends and best practices,
• Fluency in English
