We’re growing fast and looking for Mid-level and Senior Go Backend Developers to join our engineering team in Riga.

In this role, you’ll work on the core backend services behind our platform. You’ll help build reliable APIs and scalable systems, improve performance, and contribute to secure, high-quality software used by modern businesses.

• Build and maintain backend services in Go
• Design and improve APIs and microservices
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Improve scalability, reliability, and performance
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code
• Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams
• Contribute to monitoring, logging, and deployment improvements
• For senior candidates: support architecture decisions and mentor other engineers

• Solid experience in backend development with Go
• Good understanding of APIs, backend systems, and distributed architecture
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Git, testing, and CI/CD workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical engineering mindset
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with security products, SaaS, MDM, or EDR
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and logging tools
