We are looking for an Employee Experience Associate to assist in the coordination and execution of employee experience initiatives that support a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role helps deliver programs that enhance engagement, recognition, and well-being, while supporting the broader Talent Development and HR teams in creating meaningful moments across the employee journey.
Job Responsibilities:
Employee Experience Coordination
- Support the rollout of employee experience activities and campaigns
- Assist in preparing materials and communications for initiatives
- Maintain communication channels, calendars, trackers, and logistics for experience-related programs
Learning & Engagement Support
- Coordinate with learning teams to schedule and promote learning sessions
- Gather feedback and participation data from engagement activities
- Assist in organizing department-level activations and workshops
Inclusion & Well-being
- Implement well-being nudges and DEI awareness activities
- Support logistics for events
Feedback & Insights
- Assist in distributing surveys and collecting feedback from employees
- Compile reports or summaries for internal sharing
- Maintain documentation and records of engagement metrics and participation
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field
- 0 - 2 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Learning, or administrative support roles
- Participation in internal development programs and experience coordinating events, workshops, or internal communications is advantageous
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in employee experience is advantageous
- Enthusiastic about fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong planning and coordination skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Possesses a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to visual detail
