About the Role

We’re partnering with an international client to strengthen their mobile development capabilities.

This role is ideal for a senior mobile engineer who enjoys combining hands-on development with architectural thinking and technical leadership. You will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of cross-platform mobile applications while collaborating closely with product teams and stakeholders to shape scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mobile applications and related platforms;
• Define technical architecture and guide implementation across projects;
• Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter;
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps;
• Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions;
• Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices;
• Support CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions;
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions;
• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing;
• Explore and introduce relevant emerging technologies when appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development and architecture;
• Experience with native mobile technologies (iOS and Android);
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
• High level of self-motivation and proactive work approach;
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions;
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business needs;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
