The Role
- Analysis of information related to monthly variables;
- Introduction of monthly variables into the payroll processing ERP;
- Issuance and analysis of payslips;
- Preparation and submission of monthly obligations;
- Admission and termination of employees in Social Security and Compensation Funds;
- Calculation of final accounts;
- Preparation of Annual Reports and Income Declarations;
- Preparation of Surveys related to payroll processing;
- Perform a first level review of all the above tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Management or similar;
- We are looking for junior professionals with 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll;
- Proficiency in English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Aptitude for digital tools;
- Communication skills and results orientation;
- Interpersonal relationship skills and empathy;
- Rigour, method, and attention to detail;
- Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility;
