The Role

  • Analysis of information related to monthly variables;
  • Introduction of monthly variables into the payroll processing ERP;
  • Issuance and analysis of payslips;
  • Preparation and submission of monthly obligations;
  • Admission and termination of employees in Social Security and Compensation Funds;
  • Calculation of final accounts;
  • Preparation of Annual Reports and Income Declarations;
  • Preparation of Surveys related to payroll processing;
  • Perform a first level review of all the above tasks.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Management or similar;
  • We are looking for junior professionals with 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Aptitude for digital tools;
  • Communication skills and results orientation;
  • Interpersonal relationship skills and empathy;
  • Rigour, method, and attention to detail;
  • Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility;
