We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support digital initiatives within a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on BA experience, excels in Agile delivery, and has worked on customer-facing digital platforms. Banking or financial services experience is preferred but not mandatory.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and ongoing support.
• Own and refine product backlogs; decompose Epics into clear, actionable User Stories with acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and refinement sessions with Product, Technology, and Design teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
• Document business and system requirements, business rules, data elements, and process flows.
• Support sprint execution and maintain requirements and artifacts in JIRA and Confluence.
• Assist Product Owners in managing risks, assumptions, dependencies, and scope changes.

Must-Have Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Proven ability to independently gather and document business and system requirements.
• Experience supporting digital platforms (web, mobile, portals, or enterprise applications).
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience working on medium to large initiatives.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking, financial services, payments, or fintech.
• Exposure to online or mobile banking, lending, or customer-facing digital journeys.
• Experience with UAT support, API-based integrations, or enterprise platforms.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications.
