We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver key IT initiatives within a dynamic enterprise environment.

This role will initially focus on ITSM and CMDB-related projects, where you will take full ownership of project delivery and help drive improvements in IT service processes and platform capabilities.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and play a central role in coordinating stakeholders, managing delivery teams, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from start to finish. 🚀

Your responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget and quality targets are achieved
• Coordinate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into clear project roadmaps
• Manage project teams, risks, dependencies, issues and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise IT standards and long-term strategy
• Provide clear reporting and governance while keeping delivery pragmatic and results-oriented

What we are looking for

• Proven experience delivering IT projects in complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and CMDB-driven initiatives
• Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) is a strong asset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple parallel initiatives in a fast-paced environment
