The Role: IT Project Manager

📍 Location: Lisbon

🏢🏠 Work Model: 2/3 days in the office

💰🏦 Sector: Financial Services

🗣️ Languages: English (B2–C1) || French (B2-C1)

• ✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects, coordinating teams, stakeholders, and project activities from planning to implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Delivery Management
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in project planning, delivery management, and risk analysis
• Experience working with IT and business stakeholders
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• IT experience is mandatory

Nice to Have

• Experience in the banking sector (Risk domain)
• Technical background
• PMI certification or equivalent

Tech Environment

Agile | JIRA | Confluence | MS Project | ServiceNow | Oracle | PL/SQL | Incident Management

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT/software projects
• Plan and track project scope, functionalities, risks, and timelines
• Coordinate team resources and project performance
• Define and monitor KPIs and project reporting
• Lead governance meetings and stakeholder communication
• Ensure collaboration between IT teams and business stakeholders
