Job Title – Scrum Master

Period – 12 months

Location – Toronto, ON

Work mode : Hybrid – (2 days)


The Role

Join our Digital Web Experience team as a seasoned Scrum Master in an accelerated agile delivery model. Coach squads, optimize practices, and drive initiatives for web enhancements (headless CMS, personalization, APIs) in a high-pressure FinTech/Asset Management environment. Strong Scrum command + PMLC/SDLC knowledge required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, track velocity/burndown for 1-2 squads.
  • Manage backlogs/tools, ensure bi-weekly releases with feature toggling.
  • Advise POs/stakeholders, handle governance/readiness, coord cross-teams (UX/QA/DevOps).
  • Run workshops, influence adoption of modern practices.


What You’ll Deliver On

CMS-powered web content, analytics, API integrations for client/advisor portals—balancing speed and regulatory rigor.


Must-Haves

  • 7+ yrs delivery (5+ as Scrum Master in complex digital/FinTech).
  • Agile expertise (Scrum/Kanban, Standards/PMLC/SDLC); agile tools/CMS/CI/CD.
  • Domain: Asset mgmt. workflows, regs; elite comms/influence.
  • Required: CSM/PSM (or equiv.); local/commutable to major metro office.
