We are currently seeking a Business Analyst.
Why this role matters:
- Act as the bridge between the business and technology, working closely with attorneys, partners, and business stakeholders to understand how legal work is actually performed.
- Analyze end‑to‑end legal and business processes, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create process maps, value stream maps, and workflow diagrams, applying a practical, problem‑solving mindset.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology teams, ensuring solutions truly add value.
- Support multiple initiatives simultaneously, collaborating with global stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
What will help you succeed in this role?
- A university degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Proven experience creating process maps, workflows, and business requirements documentation.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with senior stakeholders, including attorneys and partners.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
- Ability to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and translate complex workflows into clear solutions.
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment is highly valued.
- Interest in or exposure to Generative AI or legal‑tech solutions is a plus.
