Project Manager – Legal & Regulatory Projects
Location: Zurich (Hybrid at Zurich office)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex Legal and Regulatory initiatives within the financial services domain. The ideal candidate has a strong background in FinTech, end‑to‑end software implementation, and stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Legal & Regulatory projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Drive approval of solution documents and safeguard project scope.
- Manage communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely project reporting.
- Govern planning activities and ensure execution of the project plan.
- Manage and assess change requests.
- Monitor and control test execution.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with strong communication and leadership skills.
- 5+ years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- 7+ years of experience in software implementation or technology delivery projects.
- Project Management certification (PMI, Prince2, or IPMA).
- Language: Italian (must be very strong) and fluent English.
- Strong experience managing end‑to‑end projects within FinTech companies.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Legal & Regulatory projects.
- Familiarity with Avaloq.
- Additional Project Management certifications.
