What The Day Will Look Like

• Gather and Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements for GenAI solutions.
• Identify Optimal Approaches: Evaluate various GenAI technologies and methodologies to determine the most effective approach for addressing specific business challenges.
• Architect Solutions: Design scalable and efficient software architectures that integrate GenAI capabilities into existing tools and platforms.
• Develop Solutions: Implement software solutions using Python and other relevant technologies, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Build Data Pipelines: Develop robust data pipelines for data cleaning and transformation to support GenAI applications.
• Test and Validate: Create and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of GenAI solutions.
• Deploy and Maintain: Engage in continuous integration and deployment practices to streamline the release process and ensure ongoing maintenance and optimization of GenAI applications.
  
  

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• Bachelor or master’s in computer science, software engineering, or related field with at least 3 years of experience in developing robust software solutions (particularly Python).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying GenAI applications to production
• Experience with working on RAG architecture and enhanced context engineering
• Familiarity with integrating OpenAI/LLM endpoints and managing vector stores (e.g. FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
• Experience working with GenAI related frameworks (e.g. LangChain, Ollama, Llamaindex, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, and familiarity with Databricks or similar platforms.
• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced development environments.
• Ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive in staying current with advancements in GenAI and LLM technologies.

• Knowledge about fine-tuning and evaluating models
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring AI models in production.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
