The Role
We are looking for Senior Full Stack Developers to work in the Technology and Transformation Team at Deloitte. You will work with one of our global financial services clients. This position requires a solid understanding of Development and SDLC as per the tech listed below, preferably with Financial Services experience.
Your professional experience
- Minimum of 7 years Full Stack Development experience (preferably within Financial Services)
- Developer experience across multiple languages – Java, Python, Go, Kotlin etc.
- Experience of engineering Cloud platforms at scale in AWS and GCP
- Led engineering across CICD / SDLC and IAC pipelines (e.g. Terraform and Harness)
- Technical expert of cloud services, such as Mongo Atlas, Aurora, EKS, Lambda, Networking, landing zones, VPCs, Storage, Messaging, APIs, Event driven architecture
- Extensive application engineering / software development background
- Extensive experience with Java Spring Boot frameworks and microservices design patterns.
- Solid understanding of relational (SQL) and document-oriented (NoSQL) database technologies.
- Experience building secure, scalable REST APIs and integrating with cloud-native platforms.
- Passion for engineering excellence: clean code, automated testing, and observability practices.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud-based deployment models.
- Platform engineering background leading teams and managing platforms at scale
- Extensive experience in engineering services and platforms to meet security and risk controls
- Cloud security expertise, definition of controls, OPA / Sentinel / Wiz
- Excellent communicator, mentor and execution driven
- Expert with Test driven development, automation, Vault and secrets management
- Extensive experience with Identity and Access management, Security Control Policies etc
Deliverables: Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Develop and implement robust software codebases across specified programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Kotlin).
- Engineer, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud platforms and applications on AWS and GCP.
- Establish and configure Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and security control policies.
