Project / Program Manager V

Contract: 3 months

Pay Rates:

T4: 57/hr-66/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale strategic initiatives

• Manage program timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes

• Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

• Present insights, progress updates, and recommendations to senior leadership

• Align cross-functional partners and drive initiatives forward through influence rather than direct authority

• Support and lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new programs or processes

• Connect program outcomes with broader organizational priorities and ongoing initiatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex programs, strategic initiatives, or large-scale projects

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed environment

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

⭐ Nice to Have:

Experience supporting or implementing AI initiatives within HR or people-related programs
