Designer & Product Developer

Are you passionate about creating innovative active and lifestyle products that inspire and empower? As a Product Developer and Designer, you’ll lead the design and development of cutting-edge activewear and lifestyle collections from concept to market launch. This role combines creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of consumer needs to deliver high-quality, functional, and stylish products that resonate with the modern active lifestyle.

**The role can be based remotely in SYD or MELB**

Responsibilities

• Generate and refine innovative product ideas based on market trends, consumer insights, and business goals, with a focus on active and lifestyle wear.
• Create detailed product specifications and tech packs, ensuring every detail meets design and functionality standards.
• Oversee the sampling and testing process to validate product performance, durability, and compliance with specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product development and design, specifically in activewear or lifestyle categories.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of performance fabrics, technical construction, and functional design.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
