We are looking for HR Specialist who is experienced on EPC and Oil&Gas sector, eager to learn offshore sector and capable to work in a fast and dynamic environment with local and international team in Zonguldak. HR Specialist will work with HR Coordinator to support Recruitment & Training area mostly and other HR topics as well.


Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening the candidates through the specifications
  • Interviewing applicants and vetting them for the position
  • Doing background checks and calling references
  • Explaining the benefits, company policies and parameters of the job to applicants
  • Hiring the most qualified applicant
  • Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation
  • Processing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee records
  • Create recruitment report weekly and monthly for the management
  • Working on Training Program and doing all the arrangement about it
  • Supporting all other HR topics


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines
  • Experienced in recruitment in consultancy or fast growing companies
  • Min 3-4 years experienced on Offshore , EPC and Oil & Gas sector
  • Advanced English is highly desirable
  • Min Intermediate level of MS Office programs
