Work mode: Hybrid (office presence for onboarding, then need-based)
Project dates: Initial contract through 2026, with potential prolongation.
Project Description
- You'll implement and enable Microsoft Fabric in the bank's environment, while owning Power BI technical tasks like access management, configurations, and report engineering.
- Work in a Scaled Agile Framework team across Tallinn, Riga, and Stockholm, focusing on platform governance, lifecycle activities, releases via Change Management, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Combine engineering, automation, stability, and stakeholder support to elevate the reporting landscape for a large organization.
Must-Have Skills:
- Microsoft Fabric engineering—7-10 years (senior consultant level; hands-on rollout, enablement in enterprise setups, lead platform work).
- Strong Power BI technical experience: access management, configurations, setup improvements, lifecycle (patching/upgrades), report creation with DAX/models.
- Agile/Scrum in Scaled Agile—5+ years; system improvements/automation; release deployments; license compliance; user guidance and structured knowledge transfer.
- Fluent English (spoken/written); clear, structured communication with distributed stakeholders.
- Bonus Skills
- Enterprise banking environment experience.
- Distributed Agile teams or Scaled Agile Framework.
- Technical process establishment/mentoring in reporting platforms.
Are You Willing To...
- Lead Microsoft Fabric enablement in production, owning platform engineering and Power BI reports.
- Improve technical foundations: access/config/processes/lifecycle/releases, with automation and stability focus.
- Work hands-on across engineering/reporting; support users/stakeholders; transfer knowledge to build internal capability.
- Commit to hybrid in Baltics: higher office days onboarding, then flexible for alignment.
Why This Project?

- Shape platform maturity, governance, and processes in business-critical banking reporting.
- Mature international team (Baltics/Nordics); rare mix of ownership, engineering, and strategic influence for senior consultants.
- Hourly rate up to EUR44.
