We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager & Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead large projects end-to-end, make sure things move forward on time, and keep quality at a high level. You’ll also support and guide other project managers, share your experience, and help the team grow. You’ll work closely with a group of experienced PMs, learning from each other and improving how we work together. Our team mainly works on projects in travel, insurance, logistics, and public health.

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget


• Define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and track progress


• Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration


• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues


• Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors


• Facilitate project meetings and ensure smooth communication within the team


• Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders


• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques


• Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes


• Supervise and mentor other project managers

• Extensive IT project management experience with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects


• Strong understanding of web development processes, methodologies, and best practices, along with solid knowledge of project management approaches such as Agile, Waterfall


• Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and teams and keep everyone aligned


• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make sound decisions when challenges arise


• Hands-on experience with project management tools, as well as project budget tracking and resource utilization


• Experience in a Lead PM or supervisory role


• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English

Salary range: € 4400 - 6600 gross / month
