Job Description
Our client located in Augusta, ME has an immediate need for a Cyber Security Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Use information security expertise to assist with creating, revision and management of RMF-related documentation and prepare independent assessment of the information system.
- Identify endpoint anomalies and malware exploitation techniques.
- Understand social engineering tactics.
- Ability to take prompt action on security events and collaborate with team members or subject matter experts.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant information technology field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Information Security experience.
- Risk Assessment and Security Auditing experience.
- Network & Penetration Testing experience
- CISSP, CISM, CISA
- Experience with Security Onion, ELK stack, and Threat Down
- Minimum of five years of experience in information security.
- Experience with Security Onion, ELK stack, and Threat Down.
- Strong analytical skills for effective security analysis and incident response.
- Hands-on experience in risk management, information security assessment, security architecture, and incident response.
- Familiarity with NIST standards (Risk Management Framework or Cybersecurity Framework)
