Job Description

Our client located in Augusta, ME has an immediate need for a Cyber Security Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Use information security expertise to assist with creating, revision and management of RMF-related documentation and prepare independent assessment of the information system.
• Identify endpoint anomalies and malware exploitation techniques.
• Understand social engineering tactics.
• Ability to take prompt action on security events and collaborate with team members or subject matter experts.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant information technology field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Information Security experience.
• Risk Assessment and Security Auditing experience.
• Network & Penetration Testing experience
• CISSP, CISM, CISA
• Experience with Security Onion, ELK stack, and Threat Down
• Minimum of five years of experience in information security.
• Experience with Security Onion, ELK stack, and Threat Down.
• Strong analytical skills for effective security analysis and incident response.
• Hands-on experience in risk management, information security assessment, security architecture, and incident response.
• Familiarity with NIST standards (Risk Management Framework or Cybersecurity Framework)
