About The Role

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field, along with extensive experience in mobile application development. Key qualifications include:
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience developing native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Proven expertise in application design, technical architecture, and full-cycle development.
- Experience leading and mentoring junior, intermediate, and senior mobile developers.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices within agile environments.
- Own and lead the delivery of major components and platform needs in collaboration with senior engineers and architects.
- Participate actively throughout the Software Development Life Cycle, from planning to deployment and support.
- Enhance software engineering practices by designing, developing, testing, and implementing technical solutions using a full stack of development tools and technologies.
- Contribute expertise on evolving technologies and their impact on domain-specific solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior, intermediate, and senior mobile associates to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches to improve application performance and user experience.
